What I Do:
I will arrive about 30 minutes before your scheduled event to set up. During that time, I will set the places for the number of participants that you confirmed will be coming. I will set out placemats, tools and materials for all confirmed participants.
I will be ready to start the project at the start time on your contract. Please ask your guests to be on time. I will present the workshop that we agreed upon in your contract. I will bring enough materials for everyone to participate and little extra for mistakes.
When the project is completed. I will take about 30 minutes to pack up and clean up. My goal is to always leave the room better than when I arrived. I bring wipes and will wipe off the table.
It is my goal for everyone to have a lot of fun and learn a skill. If that means we modify the project to people's skill level then that's what I'll do.
What You Need To Do:
Select the project(s) you want to make for your event. Fill out the contact us form request stating your project, the ages of your participants and some dates and times you would like your event and you phone number.
I will contact you directly to discuss your event and at that time you will be sent a payment link for the deposit. If you pay in full at time of booking you will receive a 10% discount
You will be required to settle on your particular project 20 days prior to the event.
Some events may have to be changed due to availability of materials required.
Set up the location for the event. If we will be working on your good furniture take precautions. Make sure your table is covered with a plastic tablecloth to protect it.
Make sure there are enough seats and table space for the number of participants. If there isn't enough room, some of your guests will not be able to participate. (The amount of space needed is the same as someone needs for a sit down meal at a table. I also require a seat.) Multiple tables in the same room are fine.
Make sure your guests are well behaved and ready to have fun making!
Communication is key!!
There are no dumb questions, only silence. If you have a question ask! I want to hear from you, I want to know how to make your event the best party ever!! You are not bothering me!
